I'm really excited to have been able to work with the American Heartworm Soceity and bring their Heartworm University to all of you. This 6 hours seminar is only being presented at select venues nationwide and promises to be an excellent update on all aspects of this disease. The remaining seminars will provide 7 hours of continuing education per seminar and stick to our previous format with a morning session from 8:30 am until Noon and an afternoon session from 1:30 pm until 5:00 pm.
All seminars will be held on Sundays at the L.S.U. School of Veterinary Medicine in Baton Rouge.
The Academy's 27 hours of continuing education remains an excellent value in continuing education.
In order to be fair to all members, we will admit only those individuals of multi-practitioner practices appropriately registered on the registration form.
Once again I ask for a volunteer per speaker to help with transportation from the airport upon their arrival as well as to the Veterinary School the morning of the seminar. With your assistance the Academy’s tradition of quality continuing education for practitioners will continue.
Thank you for your support of the Academy.
Sincerely,
Anne B, Guedry, D.V.M.
